One is to subscribe to comments and the other is to subscribe to the site's main feed. If you just want to add this page to your bookmarks (ie: yahoo, igoogle, digg, etc.), scroll up to the green box and click the social poster button. You may want to login to your account in a second tab or window...then click the button here, which will copy over all of the page details right into whatever bookmarks website you use.
